We curate high-quality products from design-led international and domestic brands and our main categories include decor, tableware, glassware, kitchenware and bath accessories. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our sales team at our new retail store in Mumbai.
Location:
Khar West, near Linking Road
Main Responsibilities Include:
1. Greet walk-in customers and explain the various products and their usage / specifications
2. Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each collection
3. Ensure all categories and assortment are displayed as per VM requirements
4.
Handle billing via POS software and card machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly
5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail
2. Previous experience in home decor or luxury homeware would be preferred
3. Bachelors Degree or some Diploma would be preferred
4. Excellent spoken and written English
5. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude for handling customer queries
6. Must be able to commute regularly to Khar West location
