Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated management intern to join our growth team. Your primary focus will be on the "front end" of our software projects, interpreting client requirements, crafting compelling proposals, and managing bids on global platforms. This is an ideal role for someone who loves writing, understands the tech landscape, and wants to learn the art of closing high-value software deals.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management: Identify and evaluate relevant software project opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, GeM, or LinkedIn.
Proposal Writing: Draft clear, persuasive, and customized technical proposals that highlight our unique value proposition and address client pain points.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with our engineering team to translate complex technical solutions into accessible, business-centric language for clients.
Pitch Decks:



Assist in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations and capability decks for executive-level meetings.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends to refine our bidding strategies and "win themes."
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Recent graduate of a BBA or MBA program.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You should be able to write with authority and clarity.
Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or contemporary tech stacks (e.g., SaaS, AI, Mobile Apps) is a major plus.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a "self-starter" mindset.
