Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a talented and driven Associate Architect with expertise in SAP CRM (C/4HANA / SAP Cloud for Customer) for our SAP Public Cloud landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep understanding of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) capabilities, and functional knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). A solid understanding of Customer and Opportunity Management and integration of SAP C4C with S/4HANA Public Cloud is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, including Customer Management and Prospect Management functionalities.
Act as the CRM domain expert in integration projects between SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales,



Marketing, Customer Service, and IT) to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Ensure end-to-end solution integrity and consistency in C4C and S/4HANA integration, particularly around master data (customer, contact) and transactional data (quotes, orders).
Provide support during UAT, training, and post-go-live stages.
Create functional specifications for extensions, reports, and integrations as needed.
Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices for C/4HANA and Public Cloud environments.
Stay current on SAP CRM and cloud innovations to support business transformation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
5+ years of experience with SAP CRM, with a focus on SAP C4C / C/4HANA Public Cloud.
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Customer and Opportunity Management in C4C.
Solid understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distrib
