ROLE SUMMARY

Around 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering within engineering consultancy, EPC companies, or construction environments. At least last 4 years dedicated to Power Plant projects. Experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), Thermal Power Plants, Cogeneration Plants, or Renewable Energy facilities. Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to medium and large-scale multidisciplinary projects. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).



A Master’s degree or advanced specialization in structural engineering, construction, or related disciplines will be highly valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, oversee and/or preparation the development of structural calculations, technical studies, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements (e.g., Eurocodes and project-specific regulations).
Review and approve engineering documentation produced by junior and mid-level engineers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members..
Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, architectural, etc.) to ensure integrated and consistent design solutions.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions, acting as a technical representative when required.
Manage technical risks and contribute to problem-solving during project execution. Support project planning from a
