BPO - Presales, Solutions & Bid Management

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced pre-sales individual to join the BPO Presales, Solutions, and Bid Management team.
This role sits within the BPO line of business.

This role is designed for someone who can contribute immediately to AI-driven solutioning, bid management, and client business transformation initiatives.

The individual will work across sales, solutioning, delivery, and digital teams in support of designing and positioning AI-enabled managed services while supporting end-to-end presales and bid lifecycle activities for both financial and non-financial services.

Key Responsibilities
Presales & Bid Management
Support end-to-end bid lifecycle including RFIs/RFPs, proposal creation, and client presentations
Develop compelling proposals and solution narratives highlighting AI, automation, and analytics capabilities
Coordinate bid timelines, compliance, and documentation accuracy
Maintain reusable assets such as proposal templates, case studies, and presentations
Participate in client discussions, demos, and workshops




Solutioning
Assist in designing AI-enabled managed services across enterprise value chains
Support development of operating models, SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and transition approaches
Contribute to AI-led use cases
AI, Automation & Digital Integration
Collaborate with digital teams to position platforms
Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into presales and solution workflows
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI use cases
Commercial & Analytical Support
Support pricing, cost modelling, and business case development
Analyse financials, benchmarks, and productivity metrics
Ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally feasible

Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, pricing, and transition
Track project progress, dashboards, and financial performance
Ensure effective commu
