Role Description The Relationship Manager Agri Business is a full-time in office position based in Silchar, responsible for managing and growing the agricultural banking portfolio.



This role includes developing and maintaining relationships with agri customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products such as crop loans, term loans, and other agri-focused solutions. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular customer visits, assess creditworthiness, support documentation and loan processing, and ensure timely follow-up for repayments and renewals. The role also involves close coordination with branch teams, participation in local outreach activities, monitoring portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The position calls for proactive engagement with the agricultural community to support business growth while promoting Bandhan Bank’s values and customer service standards.
