Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Sales, Customer
Success, and Operations teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, customer
onboarding, order processing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be
eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working with data, processes,



and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in processing and tracking customer orders as per defined processes and checklists.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
● Support customer onboarding activities and activation processes.
● Maintain and update operational records, trackers, and system data.
● Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.
● Support customer communication related to onboarding, activations, and service updates.
● Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
● Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams during product demos and customer engagements.
● Help maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
● Support issue tracking and escalation to relevant teams when required.
● Participate in process improvement initiatives
