Role Overview

As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop transformative learning experiences that meet role-based and systems training needs. You will leverage Articulate Storyline,



SAP Enable Now, and other learning technologies to create engaging learning pathways and digital adoption solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and clients to deliver high-quality learning content that drives user adoption and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct learning needs analysis and develop role-based training curricula.
Design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, ILT, VILT, QRGs, simulations, work instructions, SOPs, job aids, and digital adoption content.
Develop, maintain, and publish SAP Enable Now simulations, guided learning content, documentation, and performance support materials.
Create and maintain Articulate Storyline courses and SCORM-compliant learning packages.
Manage the end-to-end SAP Enable Now content lifecycle, including content creation, maintenance, version control, pub
