About the Role
We're looking for someone from the luxury hotel or hospitality industry who naturally builds relationships and has the charisma to influence people. This role isn't just about sales—it's about becoming the face of our brand, developing partnerships, creating referral networks, and significantly increasing revenue.
If you've worked in premium hotels, luxury hospitality, or guest relations and consistently exceeded sales targets, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Develop strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, wedding venues, clubs, and premium brands.
Build robust relationships with hotel sales teams, concierge teams, banquet managers, wedding consultants, and corporate clients.
Generate high-value wedding and event leads through networking and relationship-building.
Meet HNI and UHNI clients confidently and understand their expectations.
Drive revenue growth through proactive business development initiatives.




Identify untapped markets and partnership opportunities.
Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
Maintain excellent client relationships before and after project completion.
Collaborate with internal planning and creative teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Represent the company at luxury events, exhibitions, networking meets, and hospitality forums.
Ideal Candidate
5–10 years of experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, banquet sales, wedding sales, luxury memberships, or premium lifestyle brands.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
Naturally confident, articulate, and persuasive.
Strong understanding of luxury customer behaviour.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
Passionate about people, hospitality, and premium experiences.
