Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead UX Designer who enjoys shaping direction as much as crafting outcomes. You'll lead experience initiatives end-to-end, partner closely with founders and senior stakeholders, mentor designers, and help define how NetPurna approaches product and UX in an AI-shaped world. If you're curious about AI-enabled products, agentic experiences, or simply using AI thoughtfully in your design workflow, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

Lead UX strategy and execution across discovery, design, and validation




Shape product direction with founders, product leaders, and engineers
Design and influence AI-powered and AI-native experiences where relevant
Balance hands-on design with mentoring and design quality ownership
Communicate ideas, decisions, and impact with clarity and confidence

Help Grow the Studio

Mentor designers and strengthen systems thinking
Improve workflows, reviews, and quality standards
Support hiring, onboarding, and presales conversations

What We're Looking For

6+ years in UX or Product Design
2+ years leading or mentoring designers
A strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and shipped work
Experience with B2B or complex platforms
Curiosity and exposure to AI in product or design contexts
