The Role
We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Enterprise Account Executives in building high-quality pipeline across India and the Middle East.
Location is versatile.
Territory ownership will be defined based on your experience, market understanding, and capability.
This is not a high-volume telecalling role.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and qualifying enterprise accounts
Engaging senior stakeholders in construction and infrastructure companies
Booking high-quality discovery meetings
Supporting long-cycle, consultative sales motion
What You’ll Do
Research and map target enterprise accounts
Conduct structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
Set up meaningful discovery meetings (not calendar fillers)
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
Re-engage stalled enterprise accounts strategically
Work closely with Enterprise AEs to refine targeting and messaging
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has 1-2 years of B2B sales / SDR experience
Is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Understands consultative qualification (BANT or similar frameworks)
Is structured, disciplined, and outcome-focused
