The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating B2C sales through the Deorkart website and other digital channels by handling customer inquiries, converting leads into confirmed orders, promoting products through digital communication, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify potential B2C customers through digital channels.
Generate new business leads using online platforms and customer databases.
Conduct cold calling and warm calling to prospective customers.
Follow up on website inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Re-engage inactive and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Sales Conversion
Understand customer requirements and buying preferences.
Recommend suitable products and solutions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
Follow up consistently until order confirmation.
Customer Communication
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and other approved communication channels.
Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the sales process.
Respond promptly to customer queries before order confirmation.
Provide accurate product, pricing, stock availability, and delivery information.
Digital Sales & Promotions
Promotion through WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other approved digital communication channels.
Execute promotional campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
Use customer databases to run targeted follow-up and promotional activities.
Encourage repeat purchases through regular customer engagement.
Support seasonal offers, product launches, and promotional campaigns on Deorkart.
Sales Activity Management
Update lead status in the CRM.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Record sales activities and outcomes.
