Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, generate leads, drive online orders and reservations, and support overall restaurant revenue growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the restaurant brand, outlets, menu offerings, events, festive campaigns, and special promotions.
Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to develop engaging digital content.
Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.




Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, online orders, table reservations, enquiries, and customer acquisition.
Monitor social media engagement, customer reviews, comments, and online brand reputation.
Coordinate with restaurant aggregators and online food delivery platforms to support digital promotions and visibility.
Manage and update website content, menu information, outlet details, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages.
Implement SEO and local SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
Optimize restaurant listings on Google Business Profile and other relevant online directories.
Plan influencer marketing campaigns and coordinate collaborations with food bloggers, content creators, and local influencers.
Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, customer retention campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
