We are looking for a passionate and experienced Caregiver Supervisor / Nursing Officer to join our Home Healthcare team in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct patient and elder assessments at home or Hospital.
✅ Identify care requirements and recommend the most suitable caregiver or nursing staff.
✅ Recruit, coordinate, and deploy caregivers according to patient needs and scheduled timelines.
✅ Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure quality of care.
✅ Build and maintain a strong local caregiver network in and around Raipur.
✅ Coordinate with patients, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in the Home Healthcare sector as a Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Nursing Officer.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment and caregiver management.




- Familiarity with the local Raipur market and caregiver hiring.
- Willingness to work in the field and handle operational responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
