Overview

We are seeking a energetic and engaging Induction and Onboarding Trainer to join our Talent Development team. This role is key to ensuring that new hires are effectively integrated into our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to create impactful training content.



This role also includes delivering first-level soft skills training programs and creating easy-to-follow training materials to enhance the overall employee experience.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Soft Skills Training:
Facilitate and deliver first-level soft skills training programs, including communication, time management, telephone Etiquette, Business Ethics, customer service etc.
Use a variety of training methods (in-person, virtual, and blended learning) to engage employees.
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to help employees develop and improve soft skills.
Content Creation & Development:
Design and create easy-to-understand training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, for both induction and soft skills programs.
Ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s values and objectives.
Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance and update training content and delivery methods.
