Role Description: The Supply Acquisition Manager / Head (Hotel Onboarding - Hyderabad) will lead the identification, negotiation, and onboarding of new hotel and stay partners to expand Saltstayz’s portfolio, while being based in office in Hyderabad. This full-time role includes scouting potential properties,
conducting feasibility assessments, and managing end-to-end contracts and commercial agreements. The role involves coordinating with hotel owners, ensuring brand and operational standards are understood and implemented, and overseeing the onboarding process from initial contact through listing activation. The manager will work closely with operations, revenue, and marketing teams to align new supply with demand forecasts, pricing strategies, and guest experience expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, regular market visits, competitor analysis, reporting on acquisition performance, and building long-term relationships with partners in and around Hyderabad and relevant markets.
Qualifications
Experience in hotel supply acquisition, business development, or property onboarding within hospitality, travel, or related sectors.
