Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, configure, and
deploy a up-to-date SharePoint Online intranet that serves as a centralized hub for
employee collaboration and communication. The successful candidate will work
closely with business stakeholders to develop department-specific communication
sites while ensuring a consistent user experience, effective governance, and an
intuitive information architecture.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and build a modern SharePoint Online Intranet Hub Site for the
organization.
* Create and configure department-specific communication sites and landing
pages.
* Develop a scalable information architecture, including site structure,
navigation, metadata, and taxonomy.
* Gather requirements from department stakeholders and translate business needs
into effective SharePoint solutions.
* Configure document libraries, web parts, page templates, permissions, and
content management processes.
* Establish consistent branding, navigation, and user experience across all
department sites.




* Provide recommendations on governance, site ownership, and long-term
maintenance.
* Conduct testing, user training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
* Ensure all deliverables are completed within an accelerated project timeline.

Required Qualifications

* Proven experience developing and launching SharePoint Online intranets in
enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of:

* Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Hub Sites and Communication Sites
* Information Architecture
* Metadata and Taxonomy Management
* Document Management Best Practices
* Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business
stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver quality solutions within
tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
