About the Role
We're looking for a Growth & GTM Specialist to help launch and scale Perxi.ai, our AI-powered customer engagement platform.
This is a high-impact role where you'll help establish our go-to-market strategy, identify customer acquisition channels, optimize conversion, and build retention programs. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition
Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Develop outbound campaigns including prospect research, sequencing, personalization, and outreach
Build inbound growth through SEO, content marketing, communities, and founder-led social initiatives
Develop partnerships and integration opportunities that support customer acquisition
Conversion & Revenue Growth
Optimize the customer journey from website visit to paid customer
Improve landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and activation flows
Conduct product demonstrations and engage directly with prospective customers during the initial growth phase
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into improved positioning and product adoption
