TAQNIK is expanding its Business Development team and is inviting applications for the position of Sales Executive. We are seeking motivated professionals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to generate and nurture business opportunities.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating business conversations, presenting TAQNIK's services, and coordinating qualified meetings with our core team. You will represent TAQNIK across our primary business verticals, including Real Estate Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing.
To accommodate different career preferences, we are offering two engagement models:
Option 1 — Full-Time Employment
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Option 2 — Commission-Based Engagement
* Freelance / Remote
* 20% Commission on every confirmed deal
* No cap on earnings
* Flexible working schedule

We are looking for individuals who are disciplined, self-motivated, and committed to delivering measurable business results. Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client acquisition will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
