This is not a full-time VP of Operations vacancy

Remoat Teams is recruiting for one of our clients. We want to speak with current and former Vice Presidents of Operations, including independent advisors, consultants, portfolio professionals, and retired executives.

Remoat Teams is managing only the initial sourcing, application, and introduction process. If selected, you will work directly with the client team, which will own the ongoing relationship, engagement terms, opportunity pursuit, solution design, contracting, and delivery. The client's identity and full engagement details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the call.

This is an Independent Client Partner opportunity. It is not full time employment and it is not commission-only. The arrangement includes a retainer plus commission when an introduction you originate becomes a paying client. The commercial terms will be discussed during the call.

Our client is developing an outsourced-services offering for complex, high-volume operational work. The model combines workflow technology, trained delivery teams,



and rigorous quality controls to improve turnaround time, consistency, and operating cost. An initial feasibility assessment produced positive signals that this delivery model can support enterprise use cases with sufficient scale, recurring volume, and operational need. On that basis, the client is pursuing seven-figure engagements. It needs experienced operators who can recognize a real opportunity and open a trusted conversation.
