Role Overview:
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who can independently manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing across multiple brands. This role will focus on building high-performing automation journeys, improving retention, reducing churn, and driving revenue through CRM channels like Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and execution-focused, with strong experience in automation tools, data analysis, and multi-brand management in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management:
Build and manage end-to-end automation workflows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, COD Verification, Post-Purchase, Winback, Re-engagement).




Execute campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
Create personalized and segmented customer journeys to improve engagement

Multi-Brand Ownership (Agency Setup):
Independently manage automation and retention strategies for multiple client accounts.
Understand each brand’s customer lifecycle, tone, and business goals.
Ensure timely execution and consistent performance across all brands.

Retention & Revenue Growth:
Develop strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
Identify churn risks and implement re-engagement strategies.
Drive upsell and cross-sell campaigns through CRM channels

Tools, Integration & Data Management:
Work with tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
Manage WhatsApp automation tools such as WATI, AiSensy, Kwik Engage.
Integrate CRM with Shopify, payment gateways, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
