About the Team

Placement team serves as the central liaison between clients and insurance
partners as well as internal stakeholder i.e. sales & retention team members,
ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal financial outcomes. We specialize in
managing end‑to‑end insurer relationships, driving effective communication, and
fostering long‑term strategic partnerships.





With deep expertise in market dynamics and underwriting practices, we lead
premium negotiations for both existing clients and new business
prospects—ensuring competitive pricing, enhanced coverage, and customized risk
solutions. Our focus is on delivering value through data‑driven insights, strong
industry connections, and proactive engagement with insurers.

We work closely with client-facing teams to understand business requirements,
align insurer capabilities, and secure the best possible terms. By advocating
for our clients and maintaining mutually beneficial insurer partnerships, we
enable sustainable growth, improved retention, and differentiated client
experience.

Summary

Supporting new business team by procuring quotes for Group Medical Coverage
(GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL) and other product
related to Health and Benefits mainly in the B2B category. Maintaining Insurer
relationship on portfolio level.
