What You'll Do




• Lead the architecture and development of modern, enterprise-grade web platforms
• Build scalable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack with an AI-first approach
• Design platforms that support both multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise On-Premise deployments
• Lead a lean engineering team comprising full-time, freelance, and project-based developers
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Drive product architecture, technical decisions, and execution from concept to deployment
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For
✔ 3–5+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience
✔ Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, and modern web architectures
✔ Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
✔ Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
✔ Understanding of scalable
