Sikich is seeking Tax Experienced Associate with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be computer literate with prior experience in US GAAP general accounting and preparation and review of tax forms, tracking client source documents, identifying potential tax credits, and producing tax reports. Candidate should also have Strong attention to detail and In-depth knowledge of applicable USA tax codes, laws, and regulations.

The Associate will be responsible for preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations at every step of the filing process. This person will also maintain thorough tax records for the organization, compiling reports on expenditures, payroll, and revenue. In addition to serving an key role within the accounting department, the tax associate will work across teams to communicate tax strategy to key employees throughout the organization.

Prepare and review all types of U.S. Income Tax Returns and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Consult with clients and individual clients on financial and tax planning matters.
Provide strategic and tactical tax advice and recommendations to clients.
