About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to help grow our client base and brand presence. You will work closely with the founding team to develop outreach strategies, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology sales and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Research target markets and build prospect lists for IT services and software solutions
Assist in creating marketing content — social media posts, email templates, case study drafts
Manage and update CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and sales pipeline
Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
Coordinate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities for accurate client communication

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream — BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA,



etc.) — Batch 2026 or 2027
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (non-negotiable)
Solid interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing conversations
Basic understanding of digital marketing — social media, SEO, email marketing
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Interest in the IT/software services industry

Nice to Have

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internship or freelance)
Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client relationship management
Content writing or copywriting skills
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
