About the Role
Chandigarh University is seeking a dynamic and creative Head – Content & Marketing Communications to lead the University's content strategy and integrated marketing communications. The role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in both online and offline (360°) marketing communication, brand storytelling, content leadership, and team management to strengthen the University's brand presence and support student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute the University's 360° content and marketing communication strategy across digital and offline platforms.
•
Lead and mentor the Content & Creative team, ensuring high-quality and impactful communication.
•
Drive content creation for admissions campaigns, branding initiatives, social media, website, brochures, PR, email marketing, videos, and events.
•




Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
•
Oversee website content, SEO content, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
•
Collaborate with Admissions, Outreach, Digital Marketing, Design, and PR teams to execute integrated campaigns.
•
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and on-ground promotional communication.
•
Develop compelling leadership communication, speeches, presentations, and strategic messaging.
•
Monitor content performance and audience engagement, optimizing strategies based on analytics.
•
Build content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral.
•
Manage agency partners, freelancers, and external content vendors where required.
Eligibility
•
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. A Master's degree/MBA is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Content, Branding, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications.
