Role Description The Associate Product Manager role at Popular Foods Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Nelamangala. This role involves supporting end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple categories, including market research, product requirement gathering, and coordinating with sourcing, production, and quality teams.



The Associate Product Manager will track product performance, analyze sales and margin data, and recommend improvements to packaging, pricing, and positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product documentation, assisting with current product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant food standards and regulations. The role also requires close coordination with operations to maintain consistent product availability and quality.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data analysis, Excel or similar tools, and performance tracking.
