Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote copper rods, wires, and cables across industrial, electrical, infrastructure, OEM, and distributor segments. The role focuses on market expansion, brand building, customer acquisition, and supporting sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and implement marketing strategies for copper rods, wires, and cables in domestic and export markets.
Identify recent market opportunities in power, infrastructure, construction, automotive, electrical, and OEM sectors.
Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitor products, and customer demand.
Product & Brand Management
Position products based on quality, conductivity,



standards (IS/ASTM), and application suitability.
Coordinate product launches, technical datasheets, catalogs, brochures, and digital content.
Strengthen brand presence in B2B markets through exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Sales Enablement
Support the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, technical documentation, and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive market penetration.
Assist in pricing strategy and promotional schemes in coordination with management.
Customer & Market Engagement
Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and electrical OEMs.
Handle customer visits, technical discussions, and marketing presentations.
Gather customer feedback and align offerings with market needs.
Digital & Promotional Activities
Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives including web
