Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting The Cube Club’s offerings, and converting inquiries into bookings for staycations, events, and celebrations. The specialist will follow up on leads, maintain call and sales records,



and coordinate with the operations and events teams to ensure accurate booking details. They will respond to customer questions, provide transparent information on packages and services, and support guests through the booking journey. The role also includes meeting sales targets, sharing feedback from customers, and actively contributing to improving the overall guest experience.
