As a Cloud Observability Administrator you will be an individual contributor and subject matter expert who will be working with a team of operations engineers and software developers to support and enhance our data collection and analysis capabilities used to monitor, maintain,



and nurture our SaaS/Cloud environment.

What you'll do: Cloud Observability Administrator in the Enterprise will…

Review machine logs, operational and performance data to look for patterns, create insights, and configure systems to automatically trigger on those insights.
Support current and future SIEM/APM tools (Splunk, Uptrends, Datadog)
Providing day-to-day support for all tools to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the SaaS/Cloud data platform.
Create, define, and document our system processes, configurations, and upgrade process across Monitoring Tools.
Write regular expression to extract compelling fields in Splunk.
Write complex Splunk queries which would help team members to gain insights into their data.
Assist with building advance dashboards and alerts.
