Role Description The Overseas Student Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, and provide clear information about courses, universities, and study destinations. Daily responsibilities include assessing academic profiles, guiding individuals on suitable study options,



explaining admission and visa processes, and supporting them throughout applications and documentation. The role involves responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, email, and digital channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up to ensure timely progress. The counselor will also participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a qualified and supportive experience to every learner.
