Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales team by following up with inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and assisting in converting qualified leads into customers. The intern will also monitor our active advertisements to ensure they are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor active advertisements across various platforms and report any issues if an advertisement is not running properly.
Contact company-generated leads through cold calling.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
Follow up with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or lead tracking sheet.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead conversion targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
