Role Description This is a full-time, in office Subscription Growth Manager role based in South Delhi.



The Subscription Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and retain paid and free subscribers across Chambal Media’s digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience data, identifying growth opportunities, designing subscription funnels, and optimizing campaigns and content offerings to increase conversions and engagement. The role involves collaborating closely with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align subscription initiatives with content and community goals, as well as coordinating outreach and partnerships that expand reach among rural and urban audiences. The Subscription Growth Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to subscription models and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools to interpret audience data, track KPIs, and drive subscription growth.
