Ralph Lauren is seeking to engage an in-house legal counsel on a fixed term contract to support its corporate functions and business operations in India. Reporting to the Head of Corporate, Commercial & Data Privacy, Legal, APAC and the Head of the Global Capability Center, India, the position will be part of the regional APAC Legal Department and will be based at the corporate office in Bangalore.,

Provide legal and compliance advice and support to Ralph Lauren’s corporate functions and business in India, including on employment matters, IT / data privacy, corporate housekeeping and legal risk management
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts as required by the business teams and various internal departments, including sourcing, procurement, vendor and service agreements
Conduct research and provide analysis and advice on various regulatory matters, as well as other general areas of law that are relevant to the corporate functions and business
