The Benefit Implementation Systems Associate supports the Benefit Implementation Consultant (BIC) and Senior Benefit Implementation Consultant (SBIC) throughout the full benefit implementation life cycle for new and existing clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely benefit setup by coordinating documentation, managing implementation tasks, and supporting system configuration across HRIS and/or PEO platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Benefit Implementation process by analyzing received from Sales, Benefit Sales, and Implementation team to determine benefit setup needs for new clients, existing clients, and/or PEO software.
Configure and create benefit plans within Prism (HRIS) for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Ensure quality assurance of benefit configurations and maintain data integrity across systems.
Provide internal team support by assisting with system configuration issues and troubleshooting implementation-related issues submitted through CRM.
Review, update, and manage implementation tasks within the CRM (ClientSpace), ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally, including routing and distribution as appropriate.
Support implementation efforts by pulling reports and creating benefit implementation collateral as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of benefit-related data and alignment on project requirements.
Understand project scope, timelines, and milestones, and provide regular status reports and updates using internal tools.
