About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive who can identify current opportunities, build strong client relationships and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
The ideal candidate should understand consultative selling, communicate creative solutions clearly and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and initial discussions to proposals, negotiations and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across healthcare, pharmaceutical,
medtech and allied industries.
Generate qualified leads through research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email and direct outreach.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding, creative, digital and video solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, discovery calls and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, estimates and presentations in coordination with the internal creative team.
Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
Negotiate commercials and close new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up schedules and revenue forecasts.
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
