Our Meta team runs spend for e-commerce brands in some of the most competitive markets in the world, and we are adding one more experienced hand to it.

What you will own
Plan, launch and scale Meta and Instagram campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands in the USA, Canada, UK and Australian markets
Take real ownership of ROAS, CPA and blended targets on your accounts, not just campaign upkeep
Build a proper testing roadmap: audiences, offers, placements, bidding and landing page angles
Brief the creative team on UGC, static and video concepts, then read creative performance and feed learnings back
Set up and QA Pixel, Conversions API,



Events Manager and catalogue feeds, and catch tracking problems before the client does
Send weekly and monthly reporting that leads with insight and recommendations
Join client calls, present your numbers, and hold your ground on strategy
What we need from you
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. This one is not flexible.
Proven work on D2C or e-commerce brands targeting the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. Please be ready to talk through specific accounts, spends and results.
Comfort with full funnel structures: prospecting, retargeting, catalog and Advantage+ campaigns
Solid grip on Pixel, CAPI, attribution windows and why platform numbers rarely match Shopify
Working knowledge of Shopify and product feeds
The ability to write a clear creative brief and read a performance report without hand holding
Solid spoken and written English, since you will be client-facing
