Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators.



The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind:

About the Role
We're hiring an AI Creative Director to significantly raise the bar on the quality of our creative visual output. This is a critical, high-visibility role for an all-rounder with deep, hands-on AI expertise: someone already producing AI-native work end to end, from concept to finished films.
You, with the team, will create full campaigns spanning the entire funnel: performance marketing through brand advertising while leading creative operations day to day. The role is
