- Allocation activity like tele calling & Field Allocation, OBD & BOT Allocation, agency payout, payment file for assigned circles for retail & enterprise businesses.
- Downloading reports from data lake, VSV and other applications for execution of daily/monthly MIS reporting.
- Coordination with internal team and circle spocs
- Execution of allocation activities as per scheduled
- Zero deviation in process execution
Preferred candidate profile
- Valuable Knowledge of MS Excel/Advance Excel
- Understanding of Collection Back office process
- Knowledge of Amdocs, CRM and VSV System
- Experience in SSC/KPO/BPO
