? Lead a field team sourcing delivery riders across Guwahati

? Own monthly rider onboarding targets for the region

? Build relationships at hubs, charging points & delivery hotspots

? Drive rider conversion, retention & referrals on the ground What we need:

✅ 2–6 yrs in field sales / gig-rider sourcing / blue-collar hiring

✅ Proven experience leading a field team against targets

✅ Solid local network in Guwahati's delivery/transport ecosystem

✅ Fluent in Assamese/Hindi; working English for reporting
