About the Role

SHAIP.AI is looking for a proactive Sourcing Executive to build and manage a global network of freelancers, crowd workers, and vendors for AI data projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in global sourcing, vendor management, and identifying talent through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Source freelancers, crowd workers, and vendors globally for AI data projects.

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Indeed, social media, and other global job boards.

- Build and maintain a robust global database.

- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill project requirements within timelines.

- Onboard them and maintain effective relationships.

- Research new sourcing channels, markets, and communities to expand the talent network.

Required Skills





- 1 to 4 years of experience in vendor sourcing, global recruitment, or crowd sourcing.

- Hands-on experience with global job boards and freelance platforms.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Preferred

- Experience in AI/ML, data annotation, BPO, crowdsourcing, or gig economy projects.

- Exposure to international sourcing across North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, or the Middle East.
