Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time role based in Navi Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and onboarding suitable channel partners, brokers, and agencies to support project mandates and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with sourcing partners, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for assigned real estate projects.

The Sourcing

Manager will track partner performance, coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams,



and provide regular reports and insights to enhance sourcing efficiency. The role also requires market research on local real estate trends, competitor activities, and new sourcing opportunities to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in vendor and partner management, relationship building, and negotiation, with the ability to create and sustain productive sourcing networks.
- Experience in lead generation, channel development, and pipeline management within real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams, coordinate activities, and manage timelines for multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in client and stakeholder-facing interactions.
- Prior experience in real estate sourcing, brokerage, channel sales, or mandate advisory is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a hybrid workplace based in Navi Mumbai.
