Qualifications

Strong background in real estate sourcing, site identification, and transaction management, with experience in residential and/or commercial projects.

Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and feasibility assessment to evaluate project viability and ROI.

Demonstrated negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with developers, landowners, and channel partners.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, finance) and align sourcing decisions with business strategy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and presentations.

Robust organizational and time-management capabilities,



with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market dynamics in Pune and surrounding regions, and relevant legal and compliance considerations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or specialized real estate certification is an advantage.

Prior experience in a sourcing, acquisitions, or business development role within the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
