Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager – Real Estate (Mandate Firm)

Location: Dhanori Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sourcing & Closing Manager to manage end-to-end sales for our exclusive real estate mandate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel partner management, client handling, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quality leads through Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and developers for smooth booking and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, booking,



and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing and Closing (Mandate/Channel Sales preferred).

- Strong network of Channel Partners and brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in exclusive mandate projects And developer lobby will be an added advantage.
