Inviting applications for the role of Source to Pay (Contract Management)-Sr. Manager

Work Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Develop, lead, and execute effective sourcing and purchasing strategies for assigned categories, identifying cost-saving and consolidation opportunities through spend analysis.
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFI/RFP creation, vendor analysis, price and contract negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor demand, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Continuously analyze procurement processes, propose improvements, and implement process transformation initiatives aligned with best practices.
- Approve and oversee ordering, deliveries,



and supplier management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead high-impact projects annually, managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, provide insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
