Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and business development through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in generating quality leads and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

Generate qualified leads through various sourcing channels, including referrals, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.

Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits with channel partners to promote projects.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of sourced leads.

Plan and execute sourcing activities, promotional campaigns, and broker engagement programs.

Track lead generation, conversions, and channel partner performance through regular reporting.

Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the channel partner network.





Ensure achievement of sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.

Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, and business development activities.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, or Business Development.

Industry: Real estate experience is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

Proven ability to generate quality leads and achieve sourcing targets.

Experience working with residential and/or commercial real estate developers.

Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
