Roles & Responsibilities

- Candidate should have hands-on experience Network, security, infra & cloud popular monitoring & observability tools, like NMS, ManageEngine,

SIEM, SolarWinds, motadata, etc.
- Candidate should understand the Network monitoring protocols, Like SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, etc
- Candidate should know various Microsoft authentication, monitoring protocol methods, Like WMI, WinRM, LDAP, Kerberos, NTML, Basic, etc.
- Candidate should understand the Windows, Linux O/S, infrastructure monitoring, like SCCM, web server performance monitoring
- Understanding on Network security products, Like Firewall, Proxy, Load balancers, WAF,
- Understanding of SAN, NAS, and RAID technologies
- Understanding of SQL, MySQL various deployment & monitoring performance statistics.
- Understanding Infra, application availability SLA. And having work experience in

troubleshooting scenario-based performance challenges and suggesting recommended practices
- Creating various platform-specific Alerts & Reporting based on the scenario based requirement of the customer.
