Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Solar Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-person consultations, and closing sales of solar energy systems to commercial and Industrial customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and leveraging referrals to identify potential customers.

- Conduct comprehensive in office consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy needs, evaluate site suitability for solar installation, and explain the benefits of solar energy.

- Design and present customized solar energy solutions, including system specifications, financial proposals, and return on investment (ROI) analyses.

- Clearly articulate the technical aspects of solar PV systems, government incentives, financing options,



and the environmental benefits to potential customers.

- Negotiate terms of sale, overcome objections, and effectively close deals to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

- Collaborate closely with the design, installation, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-installation support.

- Stay informed about the latest solar technology, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
