Adisar Energy & Mobility Private Limited is expanding its solar business and is looking for energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to promote our solar solutions across India.

Position : Solar Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional solar projects.

Meet prospective customers and understand their energy requirements.

Explain the benefits of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

Coordinate with the technical team until project completion.

Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

Compensation

Earn 2% commission on the total project value for every successful project.

Commission is slightly negotiable for deserving candidates with relevant experience, strong performance, or an established client network.

No upper limit on earnings—the more projects you close, the more you earn.
