Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Consultant role based in Mumbai.

The Solar

Consultant will engage with prospective clients to understand their energy needs, explain solar power solutions, and recommend suitable products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits and assessments, preparing proposals and cost-benefit analyses, and guiding clients through the decision-making and installation process.



The role also involves coordinating with internal technical and project teams, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

The Solar

Consultant is expected to stay up to date on solar industry trends, regulatory requirements, and incentive programs to provide informed advice.

Qualifications Solid understanding of the Solar Industry and Solar Power technologies, including basic system design concepts and regulatory frameworks.

Demonstrated Lead Generation and prospecting skills, with the ability to build and manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure consulting, or related fields is highly beneficial.

Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related discipline preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software for client proposals and tracking.

Ability to work in office in Mumbai, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable and client-centric solutions.
